Guests have full access to pool, gym and parking is also available upon request.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride.

If you enjoy long walks, shops and other establishments are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from Dubai Airport is by taxi (25min). The cheapest way is by riding the Metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

***Please be advised that there will be maintenance and renovations taking place within the swimming pool areas from 6th August 2024 to 24th August 2024. The timings for the closure are as follows:

South Kids Pool 5th August – 14th August 2024 (06:00am - 10:00pm)

North Kids Pool 15th August – 24th August 2024 (06:00am - 10:00pm)

During this process, access to the pool areas will be restricted accordingly as per the facility management.
