ACCESS INFORMATION:
Guests have access to the entire property as advertised. Pool is private for Shore Nuff guests' use only. Keyless door lock with access code sent with check-in instructions at least 3 days prior to arrival.

LIVING AREAS
Enjoy relaxed quality time in the open living room, with gas fireplace outfitted with tiled floors and tropical-themed decor. A huge sectional couch and 55" Samsung Smart TV — for access to your Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. accounts. There is also live TV Access with YouTubeTV. Walk from the living room directly out onto the plush screened in front porch to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine without worry of insect interference!
KITCHEN & DINING
Overlooking the dining and living area, a stylish kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all that you could want in order to wow your guests with your chef skills! In the mornings, sip coffee at a roomy breakfast bar that seats four along with the huge solid wood dining table that seats 8. You can also step out onto the screened in front porch to the 4 seat table and soft seating and have a relaxing breakfast or twilight dinner.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
All five bedrooms feature EN-SUITE UPDATED bathrooms and Smart-TVs! All bedrooms (except bunk room) have ceiling fans.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom boasts a king bed, an updated en-suite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tiled shower and granite vanity.
On the entry/main level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a small private balcony.
The remaining bedrooms are upstairs. One Queen Room, Two King Rooms, and a bunk room of 4 single beds in the bunk room. Again, all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms

Some of the many guest amenities include complimentary FAST Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, Gas Grill, Pool/Beach Toys, 4 Beach Chairs and an umbrella, and driveway parking for 6 small-medium size vehicles or 4-5 pickups/SUVS (parked in tandem) and use of the on-site golf cart (with golf cart agreement).
Added extras include, board games, as well as a Pack 'n Play, and a highchair. There are also outdoor games provided.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Spend lazy afternoons around your completely private, huge (24ftx13ft), HEATABLE & COOLABLE pool and deck with lounge chairs and dining table. There is also an outdoor private shower for your convenience.
There is a massive screened-in deck in the front with furniture for lounging and dining.
TRANSIT INFORMATION:
It is recommended to have a car but if you don't you can meet most of your needs, use the complimentary golf cart on secondary roads only, walking, or catching a cab, Uber or Lyft.

It is expected that the guest will return the property and all that is included, in the same condition in which it is received besides needing a regular cleaning and linen service. Excessive cleaning and damages will result in extra fees.

Separate Rental Agreement Required
Government ID (Drivers License or equivalent) must be submitted after booking.
Pool HEATING and COOLING is not automatically included and is optional. Pool temperature modification is $120 extra for each week or portion of each week thereof and must be requested in advance. It is recommended if you plan on using the pool in the cooler months or in the prime heat of summer to maximize enjoyment.
While the property is child friendly the property is not necessarily child or baby proofed. Parents are expected to provide any child/baby proofing desired. Parental supervision is required.
Parking for 4 Large Vehicles or 5-6 Small Vehicles-Grass and Street Parking Not Permitted
While the property is pet friendly there are some guidelines for pets:
1. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed
2. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate
3. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies
4. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. You remove all pet hair, waste before departing.
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, bring a bed or blanket for them to sit and sleep on
6. WHEN YOU SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT YOU ALSO AGREE TO SEPARATE PET AGREEMENT
It is recommended you purchase the accidental damage protection if offered through your booking provider. Also WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE to protect your reservation from cancellation charges if you need to cancel for any unforeseen issues.

*FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings every 2 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $195, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire.
