Welcome to Royal Ingram! Stay with a couple of families, sleeping 16 - 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 7 hole mini Golf course out the back!! Anglesea River and Coogoorah Park just around the corner.

The Space:
This huge 6 bedroom home can easily accommodate 2 or 3 families with bedding to sleep up to 16 guests. A great floorplan over 2 levels with the ground floor and 2nd level BOTH having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a living area and kitchens on both levels. Downstairs has been renovated and painted, upstairs has also been freshly painted. Plenty of activities for the kids and bigger kids with a table tennis table, pool table inside on the ground level that also converts to the dining table with trestle tables out the back to accommodate all at meal times with the jewel in the crown undoubtedly being the 7 hole mini golf course in the backyard! Enjoy playing a round mastering the slopes of the green, hours of fun to be enjoyed for the whole family. The home has several outdoor decks to relax in, combined with air conditioning and a slow combustion fireplace making this property ideal to stay in all year round. With the main shopping village and beaches just a hop, step and jump away come and enjoy your time in Anglesea with the extended family.
+This is a no party house under any circumstances.
++Please note linen is NOT supplied, there are doonas and pillows but you will need to bring towels, bed sheets, doona covers etc. This can be hired via the agency if you wish.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification
