Villa Silva is beautiful house in the Storey Lake Resort and is most one of Plenitude Villas properties. This prime real estate and ten-guest house located in Kissimmee, Florida is only fifteen minutes away from Walt Disney World and just twenty-five minutes away from Universal Studios. Up to twelve of your guests will have use of Storey Lake Resorts clubhouse and all the amenities that go with it including a marvelous resort style pool that features a spa, two different waterslides with a lazy river and the splash pad water park area for our younger guests to play! There is also free access to our fantastic beach sand volleyball and basketball courts if your feeling competitive, playground for the kids, a magnificent putting green for the golfers and lake side dock access for boating.
Your incredible rental townhouse has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and can sleep ten comfortably. The first Floor Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size Bed and 1 Social Bathroom. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures 40$/day : The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
*It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature
*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
* Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.

Smoking is not allowed at the house.

No pets are allowed at the house.

Check out is at 10 AM unless agreed with the host.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
