You are right on the Fringe of the city. You are very central to Suncorp Stadium, Caxton Street, South bank, Brisbane CBD

Train station under the building as Well as Uber. But if going to the city best to walk as only 500m away and listen walking distance to Caxton Street,Park road and Southbank

We have a strict no party policy or loud noise, and breach of this will forfeit bond. We value our neighbours who will contact if issue arises.

Please note: a pet fee of $37 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin.

Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- ALL GROUP STAYS ARE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorise separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
- Booking tax notice: Starting august 16 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation

Insect and Pests-
QLD is a tropical climate in which insects, rodents, lizards and other animals such as possums and snakes unfortunately exist and you may encounter these pests during your stay. All of our homes are treated regularly with insecticides and the residue of these treatments may sometimes leave some dead insects in the properties. This is not a sign of infestation, rather that the treatment is working. Please notify us immediately if you see any live insects, so we may take appropriate action. An encounter with a pest inside or outside of your rental is not reason for termination of your rental agreement nor a refund of all or any part of your monies.

You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or
appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at
any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
On public holidays and after hours it may at times
prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We
will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.
Maintenance issues will not cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner
Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.
In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.

The location was great close by station. The building name wasn’t shown so I was little confused but there is reception so I could ask & they are so kind. The rooms are so clean and nice view from windows. There are full staff for stay. It was so comfortable.

Post house sale respite
We enjoyed a lovely fortnight in between selling and moving into our new home. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It was also in a very central area surrounded by great restaurants, close to public transport and the river walk.

Spacious and clean apartment
The bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped. Hardest part was the building has some rentals, some residences, and some hotel rooms. Odd. Communication with VRBO management company was not quick nor personalized — several emailed responses were “canned” and did not address our questions.

Home Away from Home
We stayed for 1 month while I renovated my apartment nearby. The location above Milton station train line was perfect as I didn’t have a car at first and needed to go all over town selecting materials. It is a convenient walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, I loved the steam room and gym which was always clean. The unit is furnished and fitted out with everything you need and the host kindly set out a bottle of wine and biscuits as a welcome gift. It was 10/10 and I was sorry to have to leave!
