This charming, original cottage is situated directly opposite the pretty beach waterfront, and has stunning water views across Hardy's Bay. With only a two-minute drive to the amazing Killcare Beach and just a 10 minute walk to Hardy's Bay Village, this holiday home is ideally located for your next family getaway.

The secure back balcony has a gas BBQ, ample outdoor furnishings to relax and overlooks the Heath Rd walking track and onto the Pretty Beach waterfront. Just a short walk and you are at the Pretty Beach public wharf and boat ramp, great for fishing and kayaking. The property is also a 15 min easy waterfront walk into the cafes and restaurants of Killcare and Hardys Bay the perfect location.
On entry there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom, including the master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom with heated towel rails. Both bedrooms have private access to the side balcony.

Make your way downstairs to the light filled combined kitchen/living with reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, electric cooktop, dishwasher and all pantry basics.
On this level there are 2 more bedrooms both with ceiling fans and access to a private patio and balcony.

The property has full laundry facilities and off-street parking for up to 3x cars.

Picturesque and peaceful, Killcare and Hardy's Bay offer an idyllic coastal lifestyle. Residents have beaches and bushland at their disposal, and they take maximum advantage of both. Putty Beach is a firm favourite, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach, is a local go-to. Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.

Killcare Village caters to basic shopping and service needs and features an art gallery, general store, hair salon, and boutique shops. When it comes to dining, Killcare and Hardy's Bay is a hidden hotspot. There are fine dining restaurants such as Bells at Killcare, Tallows Restaurant as well as the relaxed beachside eateries such as The Fat Goose, Hardy's Bay Bistro and The View Woodfire Pizza.
