This large villa is ideal for family reunions as well as groups attending events in the area. There are 12 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms.

Within the house, there are 7 King Suites, 2 Double Queen Suites, one twin bedroom and two bunk rooms. The bunk rooms are themed for the kids, one being Mickey Mouse, the other Disney princesses, perfect for them to have fun.

The house is set on two levels.

The lower level consists of a large fully equipped kitchen & dining area with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, toasters, 2 regular drip coffee makers and 2 Keurig machines, large pantry and microwaves. There is also a laundry area, Star Wars themed games room, 72in TV as well as the pool, deck and BBQ.

This level also includes 3 King Suite bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom as well as the half bathroom.

On the upper level, as well as the remaining bedrooms, there is a further laundry area, a pool table on the hallway landing, a wine cooler and the cinema room.

There is onsite parking for up to 8 sedan size cars on the drive with additional free onsite parking nearby for any permitted additional vehicles as there is strictly no parking on the street except for arrival & departure unloading & reloading.

There are TVs throughout the house, 32in smart HD or larger each have livestream cable with Netflix, Hulu etc. This also includes the cinema so sit back and watch the game or movies on the cinema screen.

The south facing pool and deck area is wonderful to sit and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is also a poolside shower for use.

All in all, this house has lots of space but also has the cozy feel of the home away from home.

Just to recap all suite bedrooms have their own private bathroom/tv and high-end features. Kids have a shared bathroom. There are multiple livings spaces.

The facilities in Bella Vida are five star and FREE to use So get the kids to the pools, playground and all.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).

• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.

• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
