Home has great potential as it provided a great space for a large group but sadly the positive experience ended there. Unfortunately, the property was not at all ready for guests. There were several problems that needs to be addressed before anyone should stay there again. Upon arriving, the garbage cans outside were full and stayed that way our whole stay. There was noticeable garbage in the yard as well as a large broken screen tv leaning on the garage door. The main light in the living room was not working during our stay. We were told the owner was sending a light but it would not be arriving until the day we left. There were some common essential items you would normally expect to be provided but were not, such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish towel, oven mits, dishwasher tablet, dish soap. We were told that we should have been provided with 1 roll of paper towel, and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom but they were not. Wish we would have been told ahead time that we needed to bring our own before we arrived. There is a nice game room but the ping pong net and all the darts were broken. One of the bathrooms downstairs had a visible water spot on the ceiling and water was leaking on the floor. The main sliding glass door was broken and could not be locked. We were so disappointed with our stay at this property and it was a lot of money NOT well spent. We hoped to have a great Christmas vacation with extended family but unfortunately we chose the wrong property.
