Beautifully renovated old Warehouse in the centre of Fremantle . Used to be the old Tannery building, now a small collection of apartmemnts. Fitted out with quality furnishings and appliances, this loft space is superb for enjoying the Surrounds of Fremantle.
Upstais is the bedroom with queen bed. The bedroom has large bifold doors opening out to a small balcony with built in seating and a bar table to sit and enjoy the view with your morning coffee or afternoon wine. The ocean can be seen and the ferris wheel on the Esplanade amongst the tall Norfolk Pine trees.
There is parking for 1 car in an undercover secure gated area, however its so close to evertyhing I doubt you will even need to use it.
Surprisingly quiet given its location so close to the main street of Fremantle.
Downatairs there is a living area that opens out to a deck, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island. Leading off the kitchen is a large bathroom that also has a washer/dryer.
Enjoy relaxing in the large spa bath in the bathroom. Bubbles also provided !!
The Transperth bus just leaves off South Terrace.
