Accommodating up to six guests, the home includes three well-appointed bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds and one with two single beds. The family bathroom features both a separate bath and shower, with an additional separate toilet for convenience.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides a secure space for children to play, while off-street parking accommodates two vehicles. The single lock-up garage is ideal for storing a jet ski. With a bus stop right at the front door, you'll enjoy easy access to the best of the peninsula. Bring your bikes to explore the scenic off-road foreshore walking track that stretches for miles in each direction. Rosebud offers an array of shops, dining options, a cinema, and excellent golf courses. The renowned peninsula hot springs and beautiful ocean beaches are just a short drive away.
