private balcony offers a gulf-front overlooking the beach and emerald green

waters and long views to the East & West along the shoreline of the Gulf of

Mexico - perfect for enjoying our picturesque sunrises and sunsets.

beach and would like the option to walk to good restaurants, attractions and

entertainment to be found in the Central Destin area.



This One-Bedroom/Two Bath condominium offers 873 sf. ft. of interior space

with a 94 sq. ft. balcony. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people and

offers some of the best gulf-front views of the Destin beaches.



It offers a master bedroom with plush King bed, en-suite bath and private

cable television. The hallway features recessed bunks - perfect for the

younger crowd in your party.



As with all our vacation homes, the kitchens equipped with full-sized range,

refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and blender. This condominium

is fully-stocked with linens and towels and is fully appointed with all the

basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation rentals.



To allow for optional sleeping arrangements, the living room features a pull-

out Queen sofa bed.

high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access … perfect for the entire family!
