No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

3. **No Smoking**:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo. Please use designated smoking areas outside.

4. **Quiet Hours**:
To respect other residents, please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

5. **Pets**:
Sorry, pets are not allowed in the condo.

6. **Parties/Events**:
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Please maintain a peaceful environment.

7. **Pool and Beach Access**:
Follow all community rules when using the pool and beach areas.

8. **Safety**:
Keep doors locked when not in the condo. Do not disclose the condo details to strangers for your safety.

9. **Cleanliness**:
Please keep the condo tidy. Dispose of trash regularly in designated areas.

10. **Damage**:
Any damage to the property or its contents should be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.

11. **Amenities Use**:
