The Space:
Located on the 3rd floor, this bright and modern condo provides splendid marina views and is the ideal retreat in Puerto Vallarta for a small group of up to 4 guests. Not only does the condo offer all the comforts of home, but the building has a rooftop pool, and a very well-equipped fitness center, so you don’t miss your daily workout!
The fully-equipped kitchen features high-quality, new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The breakfast bar is great for dining in and also working on your laptop if needed.

The sitting area has a comfy sofa that faces a large Smart TV, and if needed, the sofa can pull out to accommodate 2 guests. The unique feature of this space is the horizontal sliding doors that open up to the bedroom, which has a cozy king bed. Both spaces have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the private balcony, where you have outdoor seating. If you like to sleep late, don’t worry, both sets of doors have room-darkening shades.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo as well as access to the common areas and shared amenities such as the pools and gym.

The Neighborhood:
The Nautico condominium building offers a prime location directly overlooking the marina, with close proximity to restaurants, bars, shopping, golf courses, and various recreational activities. For precise distances, you can refer to Maps.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 3.2 km | 2 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport. If you are arriving by car, there’s parking onsite that is first come, first serve. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.

Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
- Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
- This is a pet-friendly property. We accept only small dogs (maximum 15 lbs) for a fee of $70 USD.
- In case you leave the AC on after your checkout, there is a fine of $25 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival, guests will need to register at the reception, and that’s where you will receive the keys to the unit.
