All areas of the house are fully air conditioned with split systems in every room.

The stylish, fully-equipped kitchen has induction stove, large oven and french door fridge with ice and water. Ample cookware, small appliances and pantry basics and the dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze. - Bedroom 2 - 2 x King Single Beds with built-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with built-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 4 - 1 x Tri-Bunk bed (1 double below, 1 single on top) plus a single trundle bed with built-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 5 - Queen Bed (air conditioned)
Bedrooms 1-4 are located on the top floor, bedroom 5 downstairs
Important Information:
- An Ev charger is available inside the garage at a cost of 40 cents per Kw - simply scan the QR code to pay
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
