Eine gemütliche Blockhütte perfekt zwischen Boone, Banner Elk & Blowing Rock. Schneller Zugang zu ASU und Innenstadt Boone, Buche & Sugar Mountain, die Blue Ridge Parkway und alle Ansichten, Wandern und Skifahren, die mit ihnen kommt. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, um einfach nur in der Kabine hängen (inklusive Whirlpool, Kamin, Holzofen, Spiele und Bücher) und ist mit vielen Features ausgestattet, die es superfamilienfreundlich machen. Perfekt für Familien, Retreats, Gruppen von Freunden und mehr!

Die Kabine ist komplett ausgestattet für Sie zu genießen, einschließlich einer gefüllten Küche, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Grundausstattung (gestartete Toilettenpapier, Papiertuch, etc.) und einige Bonus-Artikel (Whirlpool, Master-Bad Jacuzzi, ein SmartTV zusammen mit Kabel , High Speed Internet und Super Nintendo).

Great Spot

Great ski weekend

This was great for our family ski trip. Great location close to skiing and hiking and restaurants. Nice kitchen let us cook when we wanted and some of us enjoyed the hot tub. The front lockbox was a little tricky but we got it. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring Break

We enjoyed the stay even though the fireplace did not work and the hot tub needed chemicals. Even though we took all of our trash away as requested, the trash cans at the house were full.

Destination Christmas

Spent a few days with our adult children enjoying some family time before the Christmas rush! 1/2 the gang went skiing in Sugar Mountain and the other 1/2 enjoyed some down time in the hot tub! Great Birthday Getaway

This is the perfect cabin for a mountain getaway. If you want to feel like you are up in the mountains then this is the place to be!!! The drive up is beautiful. The cabin is spacious with plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy our time alone as well as together! Couches are super comfy. Definitely recommend!!! We will be coming again!!! Nice property

The cabin was as advertised and we loved the location. We especially enjoyed walking the gravel roads around the property. My only complaint is we had to arrive a day later than we originally planned. Would have loved more time to stay and enjoy the cabin!

Modern Storybook Cabin and Views

We loved the Cozy Cabin! It was clean, stocked with all the essentials, had plenty of room, and everything was working. But that doesn’t even touch how beautiful the cabin is. It’s airy, with great light, spectacular views, it had wall to wall knotty pine, a working fireplace, and was tastefully decorated. The cabin was somewhat secluded, which is what we were looking for. Instead of heading out first thing for an activity, we were so happy to linger with a coffee on the porch. Do not hesitate, it’s better than you think!

Cozy Cabin

This property was great! We took our family of 8 for a short weekend getaway and the cabin provided everything that we needed. Kitchen was stocked with cookware to make dinners along with spices and a few essentials we forgot! Towels and sheets were provided and everything was super clean. There were game items for the kids as well as supplies for the dog :). This was such an easy trip to book, access and we throughly enjoyed our two nights! Thank you!

Great Cabin!

Beautiful and spacious - something for all.

Super helpful host. Communication was easy and smooth. This is a Mountain experience all the way around - Including the private gravel road to access- If it’s winter I suggest nothing but 4x4 or AWD - Not the home owners fault if you decide to drive a sabb.

Awesome cozy Cabin

We stayed at the Cozy cabin in November 2021 and had the most relaxing time. The cabin is centrally located to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk. It was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do. The host property is as explained and it was neat, clean with everything you need. We were able to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. My children loved the Nintendo! We will most definitely keep this cabin on our list for our next family mountain trip!!

While I'm based out of Durham, North Carolina, ever since my first trip to Boone I have dreamed of owning a cabin there. In the past we've traveled there regularly with a group of our friends, always renting cabins similar to this one. When I bought this house, my goal was to create the perfect space that I would want to visit when on vacation, and get to share that with others who love the mountains as much as we do!

This space is covered with gorgeous knotty pine, giving it a distinct mountain feel, with all the extras to make you feel nice and cozy. This includes gas logs in the fireplace, a wood-burning stove, a jacuzzi in the Master bath, a SmartTV along with cable, Super Nintendo, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you'd need to prepare meals. Plus the basics like towels, bed linens, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Travel distance to the following (the ranges are because it depends where you're headed in each town):

Boone: 15-25 minutes
Banner Elk: 15-20 minutes
Blowing Rock: 15-20 minutes
Valle Crucis: 10 minutes
Linville Falls: 45 minutes
Beech Mountain: 35-40 minutes
Sugar Mountain: 30 minutes
Twentse Railroad: 20 minutes
Tanger Outlets: 15 minutes

ROOM ARRANGEMENT

Upstairs: Master bedroom (king bed), walk in closet, and full master bath (with jacuzzi). There is also a loft outside the Master bedroom with an office as well as a futon couch that folds into a full bed.

Downstairs: Two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and twin bunkbeds, and the other with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom (with tub) outside these two rooms.

Basement: The basement is fully finished, with a living area (and TV), along with a full bath (with tub). The futon couch folds into an additional full bed. We also have a spare full mattress in the downstairs closet, along with plenty of free floor space, if you need to fit additional people.
