Massive Renovation has just been completed (March 2022) for this amazing main-floor suite! Totally separate entry with a self-check-in system! Spacious bedrooms, washroom, living & kitchen areas. Calm & quiet place in a safe & secure neighborhood. Prime location by circle drive connecting HWY 16, 11, 7 & 5. 4-5 mins walk/drive to numerous shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, etc. 10-14 mins drive to downtown & airport. 100% smoke, bug & pet-free home. Parking is on the premise!
The space
It's a beautiful suite! This suite contains three large bedrooms, one full washroom, living space & a spacious kitchen. Has office desk with a printer in the living room. Completely separate entrance to get inside the suite. The orientation of the rooms & gorgeous furniture enhanced the beauty of this home away home. I am sure you will feel it as your own home while staying at this calm and quiet home in this wonderful neighbourhood. This beautiful detached house is situated in a prime location of the city very close to the circle drive which connects HWY 16, 11, 7, 5, 14 & others. Parking is available for the guests on the premise.
Centre Mall, Market Mall, Stonebridge/Clarance shopping complex all are at 5-10 mins drive/walk. Several essential stores including Walmart, Superstore, restaurants, banks, leisure centres, etc. can be reached just by 5-7 mins drive. 10 & 14 mins drive to downtown Saskatoon & Saskatoon international airport respectively. Two bus stops are just in front of the house!
It's a highly secured neighbourhood that remains so vigilant that it will simply make your stay safe, secure and pleasant. No security concerns or other issues in this incredible residential area. Neighbours are simply great people living in harmony. We are so connected to our awesome neighbours. They are amazing people! It's a nice residential area free of any kind of noise.
Beautiful elm trees in front of the house will touch your hearts and feelings! It's an incredible beauty for sure! Three cute spruce trees which were planted 50 years back has added to the beauty of this house.
This amazing main-floor suite is more than 1100 square meters. These 1100 square meters include only bedrooms, a washroom, living space and a kitchen and dining space. The common room which has a washing machine and dryer is not included in that space.
