L'Ciabot is a lovely oceanview property, set high on a hill and benefitting from incredible panoramic views across the lush Rye valley and Port Phillip Bay. A beautiful deck encourages you to sit and soak up the sea breeze or enjoy a barbecue dinner with the group. You’ll be a 15-minute walk from Rye Pier and an abundance of dining options along Point Nepean Rd, while back at home, stunningly modern interiors framed by wall-to-wall windows encourage you to indulge in the serenity.
Despite L'Ciabot’s close proximity to Rye’s buzzing shops, cafés and restaurants, enchanting views across the treetops towards the water beyond will make you feel a world away. Set on a tree-lined block, the home culminates in a spacious wrap-around deck shaded by trees. Fire up the BBQ and dine to the faint sounds of crashing waves just beyond the horizon or sunbathe on bean bags after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Sliding doors open up from the balcony, drenching the living area in natural light and a refreshing ocean breeze. Timber floors adorn the space, with two comfortable linen lounges encouraging cosy nights in, watching DVDs on the flat screen TV. Split-system heating and cooling provide extra comfort, no matter the season you’re travelling. The kitchen is fully-equipped for your holiday catering, featuring a stone bench top, premium appliances, crockery and cutlery, cooking basics, and a Nespresso machine. The extendable timber table in the dining area can easily accommodate up to 12 guests for dinner, with additional space to dine on the deck.

Four bedrooms sleep a total of nine guests, with the first and second both offering a quality queen bed and wardrobe storage. A cot is available in the first bedroom for those travelling with infants, plus a TV for evening entertaining and a desk to set up your laptop and work remotely. The third bedroom is set with a single bunk while the fourth bedroom offers a combination bunk with a single on top and double on bottom. Both these bedrooms offer built-in storage and can sleep children or adults.

The tiled bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads, plus a gorgeous timber double vanity. Make use of the laundry, equipped with a washing machine, plus an extra shower and toilet. Parking is available on the driveway.
