Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, alongside modern amenities including a TV, WiFi, washing machine, and dryer.
Step outside to the patio, where an outdoor table beckons for leisurely al fresco dining on sunny days. Enclosed by a secure fence, it's the perfect spot for families with little ones to play safely.
Entertainment options abound with a Sky decoder and Chromecast-equipped TV, ensuring endless viewing possibilities.
Covered parking is available off the street, with ample additional space on the road.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $200.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide facecloths.
