After exploring the captivating wonders of the Hunter Valley, return to your cozy retreat, where adventure and relaxation blend seamlessly for an unforgettable escape with your group.
Each one-bedroom villa has its own entry, for ultimate privacy and comfort, and features a plush king bed, air conditioning, and a cozy gas fireplace. The well-appointed kitchenettes in each villa include modern amenities including a cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Outside, enjoy your own barbecue facilities and soak in the starlit ambiance and tranquility of the vineyard.
From your Villa, take a short stroll up the scenic gravel road to the Molly Morgan Wines cellar door where you’ll enjoy a complimentary guided tasting of up to 6 premium wines, all while enjoying the breathtaking views of the vineyard and the beautiful Brokenback Mountain. Pair your tasting with a locally sourced gourmet cheese platter (available for purchase) to elevate your tasting experience. About Your Stay
Amenities:
Each villa features one king bed, and hosts up to two guests, six in total when all three villas are booked.
We are proud to offer our guests premium hotel-grade, professionally laundered linen. You will receive one set per booking for each villa, including one bath towel per person. Please bring your own bath towel if you wish to visit a local pool or lake for a swim.
Molly Morgan is committed to eco-friendly practices. To help reduce waste, we provide a single bottle of 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all showers. We also encourage guests to bring their own preferred personal bathroom products and amenities.
Arrival Details:
Molly Morgan Villas are managed by Weekenda, a licensed property management agency. Weekenda are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with any enquiries you may have.
Our standard check in time is 2pm. For your convenience, just before 2pm on the day of your arrival, you’ll be sent an access code via SMS. You can use this same code throughout your stay.
Where possible, we offer a complimentary early check in. There’s no need to reach out in advance to confirm if an early check in is available, our system will automatically check availability and send you a confirmation text if an early check in is possible. If you don’t receive a text, the standard check in time of 2pm applies.
Additionally, we’re delighted to offer you a complimentary late checkout, whenever possible, subject to availability. We’ll send a confirmation text the night before your departure to let you know if a late checkout is available. If you don’t receive a confirmation text, our standard check out time of 10am will apply.
Pricing:
Your booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The booking system will automatically calculate the rate when you enter the number of guests for your booking. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.
Guest Registration / ID Check:
Weekenda requires each guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which includes a request for photo ID and contact details for each guest.
Property access codes are only released to registered and verified guests, therefore it is important that correct contact details are provided so you can receive your access code. For your peace of mind and privacy, on completion of your stay, your ID and contact details will be deleted, and are not stored in Wekenda’s database.
To safeguard against fraudulent bookings, if your booking is made within 5 days of your arrival, you'll need to provide a photo of a valid credit card that matches the name on the supplied identification document you have provided to us. Failure to verify this information will result in your booking being cancelled and all funds will be returned to the original card.
Additional Guests Policy:
The number of people listed on your booking is the maximum number allowed on the property at any given time, including any visitors. We understand that you may wish to catch up with family or friends during your stay, therefore you can contact Weekenda to request approval in writing for visitors. Requests for a small number of visitors, such as parents visiting for a BBQ are likely to be approved, as opposed to visits from large groups of people. We aim to be flexible and accommodating while ensuring we adhere to property constraints and House Rules. Failure to disclose additional guests or visitors may result in additional fees or eviction from the property.
Excessive Noise Policy:
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we maintain a strict no-party and noise restriction policy in line with NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. We kindly ask you to respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests staying in nearby villas and the local residents. A noise monitoring device is installed in each villa and fines apply to guests found to have disconnected, removed and/or damaged the device, in line with the NSW Short Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct. Violation of this policy may result in additional charges or eviction from the property without a refund.
Security:
There are no external security cameras at this location presently. The owners of Molly Morgan Villas reserve the right to install security cameras in accordance with The Surveillance Devices Act 2007 (NSW).
Insurance:
We highly recommend obtaining a third-party domestic travel insurance policy to cover any unexpected matters that may restrict your travel. This is especially handy for things like Hunter Valley event cancellations, medical emergencies, or anything else covered under our standard Terms & Conditions. We suggest reviewing policies with 'Cover-More' or 'Travel Insurance Direct' or 'Insureandgo'.
