This home is suitable for max 10 guests and is well equipped for couples or family getaways.

Please note; The quote provided online is on the basis of 6 guests ONLY, any guest above 6 staying at the property is charged separately at $50 per person per, night. This needs to be disclosed at the time of booking, so that the additional request can be added onto your booking and paid for. If booked for 6 guests only, the house will be made up for 6 guests only.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
