- Bali is a tropical island teeming with diverse wildlife, including small animals and insects. While we diligently control mosquitoes through regular fogging and meticulous cleaning, a completely mosquito-free environment cannot be guaranteed. To ensure your comfort, mosquito spray and electric repellent are provided in the villa.

- Parties are not allowed

- Date alteration is not allowed

- A new building development in the vicinity that unfortunately is out of our control as it doesn't belong to us. This might lead to occasional (noise) disruptions. However, we assure you that your comfort remains our priority.
