A few steps from a wonderfully wide variety of local cafes, boutiques, and parks off South Grand Ave. It is also within walking distance of the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens and Tower Grove Park; both offer popular events all year!

This restored historic apartment is on the second floor of a two-unit building. It features a large open kitchen/living room, providing a wonderful space for groups to gather.

During the building's recent renovations, we attempted to preserve as much of the historical integrity as possible, including the original trim and refinishing the original hardwood floors throughout the apartment.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. We also have an inflatable queen mattress which can be set up in the bonus room above the stairs.

One reserved off-street parking space is provided at the back of the home.

Outdoor areas: you can relax in the backyard to grill, share a meal, or build a fire in the fire-pit, or sit on the front porch and watch all the people walk by to South Grand ave.

While the apartment is very close to South Grand ave, it is far enough away that you will have peace and quiet in the apartment.

You will have private access to the entire apartment. Large rear brick patio including the shared table, firepit, and BBQ are shared with the apartment below, but your use is welcome.

This apartment is in Tower Grove South (TGS) neighborhood; one of the most desirable and walking friendly areas of St Louis! It is within walking distance of beautiful popular attractions such as Tower Grove Park and the Missouri Botanical Gardens, as well as many unique local restaurants, shops, and cafes along South Grand Ave. A local favorite neighborhood!

Busch Stadium, BJC, SLU, The Fabulous Fox, Science Museum, Zoo, Arch, City Museum, Aquarium, and Magic House are a quick 10-15 min drive.

The apartment is a few hundred feet from the South Grand ave bus line and close to the Grand Metrolink stop ( 2 miles away). You will only have to take one bus to get to the Grand Metrolink station. Fom there you can get to Downtown (only 5 miles away), the airport and all the museums and attractions of Forest Park and the Central West End.

There are days worth of attractions within walking distance. No need for a car. But if you have one, there is a reserved off-street parking space available for free.
Most of our apartments are in historic multi-unit buildings. In order to ensure all of our guests have a peaceful stay, we have set quiet hours between 10:00pm-8:00am. We ask that all guests keep excessive noise to a minimum during these hours as noise can travel between the units.

Noise/party policy: Due to a handful of guests throwing parties and/or being excessively loud, we've had to enact a strict no-party/excessive noise policy that may include a fine. If parties are held or guests are excessively noisy, there may be a fine of up to $500 charged to the offending party. While we hate to be such sticklers and want to be as welcoming as possible, we have found this rule has greatly helped deter parties/excessive noise, and ensures everyone's quiet enjoyment of the space.

Additional guests may incur a fee of $25/guest.

Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside. $500 penalty will be charged to anyone who smokes inside or close enough to the house with a door or window open so that the house smells of smoke on the inside.

Due to the owner of the home having severe allergies, we are unable to accept service animals in our home. We apologize for the inconvenience.
