Welcome to Mr Atherton! This cozy country property is the perfect escape for you and your loved ones. Take in the fresh country air while enjoying the abundant wildlife that surrounds the area. Keep an eye out for our resident wombat, Mr Atherton, who may make a visit during dusk and dawn. Don't be alarmed if you hear him under the house at night, he's just getting ready for bed!

This property is conveniently located between beaches no.4 and no.5 in the second estate of Venus Bay. It's just a short 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to beach no.4, allowing for easy access to the beautiful coastal area. Plus, we're close to wineries and Wilsons Prom, making it an ideal location for relaxation and exploration.

Inside, you'll find a recently renovated space with new floors and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is inviting and modern, fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a perfect dinner party. We provide kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, oil, garbage bags, and more, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.

Rest assured, you'll sleep well in our comfortable bedrooms with Queen beds and built-in robes. There's also a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle, accommodating up to three guests. Unpack your belongings into the inbuilt robes available in every bedroom.

If you're traveling with kids, we've got you covered. We provide a cot, highchair x2, games, DVDs, and even a separate TV in the kids' bedroom. They'll have plenty to keep them entertained during your stay.

The bathroom features both a bath and a shower, with a separate toilet for convenience. The washing machine is centrally located in the property, making laundry a breeze.

Stay connected with our Wi-Fi access and enjoy streaming services on the smart TV. If you need to work from home, we've got you covered with a small fold-out table in the second bedroom's inbuilt robe. The table fits comfortably in the bedroom, allowing for privacy while you work.

No matter the season, our split system ensures you'll be comfortable all year round. In addition, there's a fireplace for chilly mornings and nights. Firewood is available at the back of the property.
