This classic, two-story townhome is located in the coveted Bear Hollow Village neighborhood and features a spacious layout with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Designed with a contemporary feel yet also taking full advantage of the cozy, ski-chalet vibes of the surrounding area, Bear Hollow Village 5482 A is the ideal spot for a family Park City getaway.
On the main level, the bright, open GREAT ROOM features a delightful, welcoming living area with a large sectional sofa and a contemporary coffee table and side chair. In one corner, the elegant stone fireplace sits underneath a chalet-like wood ceiling and holds the huge, 70” HD SMART TV.
A glossy, granite island leads into the open KITCHEN and houses an efficient dishwasher and sink. Here, you’ll find a gas range, microwave oven, refrigerator, and both a Keurig coffee maker and a classic drip coffee maker. When it’s meal time, your crew can choose to pull up a stool at the center island bar or have a seat at the formal dining table in the corner.
This main level also includes TWO PRIVATE BEDROOMS. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, an HDTV, and glass sliding doors that lead outside to the private patio and the sensational hot tub. The second bedroom is a charming bunk room with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed and an HDTV.
Climb the stairs to the top floor, where there is a plush PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, complete with a wood-frame king-size bed, a huge HDTV, and a stone fireplace. The ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM features a double vanity and a step-in spa shower. This floor also has a SECONDARY BEDROOM SUITE, with a king-size bed with an ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM.
This home offers parking for one small to mid-sized car in the shared garage, use of a shared EV Supercharger, and parking for one additional vehicle in the shared driveway. There is also plenty of year-round bump-out street parking.
With easy access to hiking trails, a free shuttle, and fun biking paths, Bear Hollow Village 5482 A provides the perfect Park City mountain vacation location, whether you’re visiting in the middle of winter or at the height of summer— or somewhere in between. You’ll also have access to a gorgeous (seasonal) swimming pool, a fully-equipped exercise center, a convenient computer station, and a lobby area with a television.
For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $100.
