A short walk to Hopkins St/Barkly St shops, Footscray Market, Maribyrnong River Walk/Bike Trail and nearby parklands including Maribyrnong River Reserve and Newells Paddock Wetlands Reserve. Flemington racecourse is also a walk or short drive away.
