A simple and comfortable home on a 10 acre regenerative farm, 5 minutes drive to the Boreen Point Sailing Club.

Small and cozy, clean and peaceful, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi., and a large enclosed yard for pets!

Guests are welcome to feed the friendly free roaming chickens.

The Noosa Trail Network has trails all over the hinterland, which can be explored by foot, bike, or horseback.
Mount Cooroora in Pomona is an amazing mountain to hike up, worth the magical views.

There are a few close places to eat including The Apollonian Pub, and CootharaBAR at Habitat Noosa, or a little further are the cafes in the beautiful village of Pomona.

Weekend markets are on at Pomona, Kin Kin, and Noosa.

The property was exactly what we expected. Host was a good communicator and we were very happy with the facilities. Our dog was welcome and secure which was very important to us.

Christmas Getaway

We had a couple of lovely days at Fiona's place. Was nice and relaxing, and not too far from the lake. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

Clean and comfortable.

Cozy and comfortable. The place was clean and well prepared for our arrival. We had a small pet dog (who loved the back-yard) but the place is perfect for those without pets as well. The property mamager communicated pro-actively with us. Well equipped kitchen. Literally, the only thing missing was a garlic crusher!

Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle

This place has beautiful views of the country and is wonderfully peaceful. The house is clean and the rooms had comfortable beds. They had a very lovely gift pack when you arrive, wirh assorted tea bags, chocolates and the best of all…..fresh eggs!!! We had a great stay.

Wonderful Country Getaway!

We had such a wonderful time in this country home. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They had activities available for the kids, our kids were welcome to make noise (I didn't have to try keep them quiet), and were also entertained by a huge tv, the host left eggs from their chickens at the gate, an array of teas and coffees were left for us and our dog enjoyed the enclosed yard.. and most importantly the beds were comfy! Loved the view, loved the breeze on the hot days. Definitely a winner of an affordable break away!

Hideaway in the hills

Enjoyed our stay. Peaceful place with farm animals to entertain us. Loved the chooks. Short drive to the lake. Host Fi was helpful from start to finish. House had everything you need and some goodies on arrival was a nice suprise.

Had a great overnight stay in Cootharaba, you really feel like you're out in paradise. A short drive from Pomona which has great cafes, shops, and weekend markets. House is really well appointed, clean and comfortable, and host was fantastic

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Such a lovely setting overlooking the gardens and countryside in the distance. The host has gone to much effort make the stay super inviting and comfortable. We loved sitting by the camp fire in the evening looking at the stars.

Gem of a Spot

My 2 girls (17 & 1) and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fiona was amazing to deal with and the property was beautiful! The kids enjoyed feeding the chooks and visiting the sheep. Will definitely be back for another stay.

It was a beautiful property. It was quiet, clean and spacious. There aren’t any ceiling fans or AC but they do provide pedastool fans and the house is quite cool. The puppies loved the space to run around too.

Dream House

We had a really lovely stay and found the house perfect for our needs,very well equipped and very clean.. Fiona was extremely accommodating and left a super welcome pack for us. Perfect!!
