It's surrounded by Collingwood's famous cafes, restaurants and pubs and just a quick tram ride into the CBD. Situated in the fashionable Yorkshire Brewery Apartments, this home boasts impressive open plan living with a covered balcony framing irresistible city views. It's been thoughtfully designed with pops of personality creating a warm urban retreat.
Please note that the lifts are currently out of order until the end of March 2025. The apartment is located on the 8th floor and can only be reached by stairs. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when planning your stay with us.

In the lounge area, relax on the comfortable sofa in front of a flat-screen smart TV, with Apple TV, and Stan provided. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with all the cooking utensils needed to whip up a meal.
Both bedrooms are fitted with a plush queen-sized bed topped with hotel-quality linens. Each room has heating and air-conditioning creating a comfortable year-round retreat and there are built-in wardrobes to store your belongings. There are two bathrooms presented with a generously sized shower, toilet and mirrored vanity stocked with complimentary toiletries for your perusal. Guests have access to an internal washing machine and dryer, located within a cupboard.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
