Great location. That’s it.
The unit is in a great location.
Other things to note:
We booked accommodation for 13 days.
Communication was terrible. It took at least 12 hours, and up to over 24 hrs to get a response to messages about issues.
The smoke alarm beeping every 15 minutes kept us up all night.
Sent someone out who did not completely fix the issue and turned up an hour earlier than arranged.
Smoke alarms went off for no reason, and it took over half an hour before we could speak with the agent.
The unit was not clean on arrival, and we spent several hours cleaning when we arrived.
The vacuum cleaner hadn’t been cleaned and hardly worked/sucked when we got there.
I had to clean the vacuum out so I could vacuum the floors, mats and under the couch cushions when we arrived, as there was a lot of dirt/crumbs/dust etc.
The mats in the kitchen haven’t been aired/dusted out in who knows how long.
The walls are grubby and the whole unit needs to be deep cleaned, including bathrooms.
We had to buy dishwashing tablets, bin bags and laundry detergent as there was none/limited amount in the unit when we arrived.
There’s nothing in the unit to do everyday cleaning eg cleaning wipes, cleaning spray, paper towel etc we had to purchase our own during our stay.
We had to request tea towels and extra hand towels.
There is hardly anything in the pantry.
The beds are uncomfortable.
Light doesn’t work in one of the rooms.
Overall it was the worst accommodation experience we’ve had. We would not recommend or return.
