From the bustling and vibrant Pitangueiras Beach to the tranquil and picturesque Enseada Beach, there is a beach to suit every preference. Imagine waking up to the sound of crashing waves, stepping onto the balcony, and being greeted by the mesmerizing view of the ocean stretching as far as the eye can see.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

House Rules:

* Silence from 10pm til 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Surveillance or recording devices on property (external areas)
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
