Renovated for the start of winter 2024, this modern space spread over two levels features a central high ceiling, beautiful lighting, high end fittings, bespoke hardwood joinery, and a cosy, minimalistic feel.
Snowonder is perfect for a romantic getaway, two couples sharing or a family of four, with a master queen bedroom and 2 king singles in the loft (that can be combined into a king bed).
As you step inside, prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking views of the lake and mountain backdrop, whilst you might be lucky enough to spot a playful platypus swim below the balcony, offering a unique and unforgettable experience.
The entry hall boasts a bench seat, ample hanging space, and a drying cupboard, before you walk into a spacious living area with luxurious furnishings, a stunning new fireplace, and smart TV.
The well-equipped kitchen comes complete with a large fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, and blender. The double-height dining area features a solid oak dining table that seats six, perfect for bonding over meals.
Relax on the private balcony, bathed in afternoon light, as you take in the sweeping views of the lake and mountains.
Downstairs, the large bathroom features a shower and a full laundry cupboard with Fisher & Paykel washer & dryer.
Upstairs, revel in the serene lake views from the main bedroom, complete with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, and full ensuite with bath and separate shower.
The mezzanine level offers two single beds (that can be combined into a king), wardrobes and a solid wood desk, because sometimes work happens on holidays too.
Other touches to keep you comfortable include plush beds, reverse cycle air-conditioning, blackout blinds, double glazed windows, Wi-Fi, thoughtfully placed USB ports next to beds for device charging, and toiletries from ASPAR.
Underfloor heating in the bathrooms, entry hall and kitchen keep you cosy in winter, whilst the drying cupboard in the entry hall ensures you are always ready to hit the slopes with dry gear.
Snowonder is adjacent to the Crackenback pool, sauna & gym complex, and minutes’ walk to the newly opened Perrotta’s Italian Bar.
There is reserved undercover parking for one car, with additional parking available directly outside the property, and an EV charging station 200m away.
