Capel Castle meets coastal living in this grand, split level two-storey house. Think: a foyer with tiled flooring, a rumpus room with games for the kids, a 12-seater dining table and on-site parking for 3 - 4 cars. Plus, loads of outdoor space including a lush back garden and a converted garage with full pool table, dart board and third TV, All just a stone’s throw from the beach.

Downstairs you’ll find a second lounge/ rumpus area with plush couches, TV, children’s books, toys and board games. Step out of the sliding glass doors from the rumpus room into the lush, fenced in backyard—perfect for those bringing pets. Alongside is the games room packed with plenty of activities to keep the whole group busy.

A naturally-lit open living and dining area on the first floor features two comfortable grey couches, large flat-screen HD TV with Netflix and a solid timber table that fits 12 guests.

Make your way out to the newly upgraded backyard with a basketball court, mini golf course, a 10-seater al fresco dining set. If you’re not enjoying the grand outdoor BBQ on the back deck, cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen—located alongside the dining room—and make use of the appliances including a four-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pod machine.

All four bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home. Three bedrooms have queen beds, with the master also featuring a pristine en-suite with double shower heads. The fourth bedroom offers bunk beds, with the capacity to sleep five guests in one double and three singles. There is a main bathroom with a luxurious spa bath plus an additional powder room on the ground floor.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout the home, driveway parking for three to four cars and a laundry room with a washing machine and amenities.
