The kitchen is well-equipped for culinary enthusiasts, featuring an electric oven, cooktop, microwave, and a generous fridge/freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area invites you to savor delicious meals together, with ample space for everyone.

One of the unique features of 'Mulberry Chalet' is the rumpus room, which can also serve as an additional bedroom, adding flexibility to your stay. The chalet offers a full bathroom with a bath and shower, along with a convenient half bathroom with a shower and toilet (located next to the master bedroom).

Outside, a deck offers a delightful spot to take in the fresh Wanaka air, with both mountain and lake views from the top floor. You'll find two outdoor picnic tables for al fresco dining and a fenced backyard for added privacy.

For your convenience, amenities include unlimited fair use WiFi, a smart TV, top-load washing machine, dryer, and a BBQ. 'Mulberry Chalet' also provides off-street parking, making it easy to come and go as you explore the Wanaka region.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

Enter Wanaka on Hwy 84 - drive towards the lake. At the Lakeside Drive roundabout take the 2nd exit (heading right) off the roundabout into Lakeside Drive which leads into Beacon Point Rd - turn right onto Hunter Cresent - left into Mulberry Lane.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No pets
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside/outside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time: 10am
- designated 8 persons allowed to stay at the property
- No campervans, caravans, tents, or motorhomes allowed to be parked/assembled at the home
- Respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.

Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Council regulations prohibit us from exceeding 8 guests, including infants, in this property. If you do book for more than 8 guests, infants included, we will unfortunately need to cancel your booking and we will need to withhold any fees incurred.
