This unit provides a Free Beach Setup of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for the 2025 season!

Shoreline Towers 2094 is a beach front two bedroom / two bath rental. The master bedroom has a king bed with the guest bedroom having two queen beds. There are 3 TV’s (All Flat Screens) 2 DVD’s and 1 VCR. The unit has an open kitchen so you can visit with your family and friends while preparing meals. Stackable washer and dryer located within the unit for your convenience. There is a walk in Shower in Master Bath. Unit is tiled in the living areas with carpeted bedrooms. Remodeled Baths and Kitchen with Granite Countertop and stainless appliances. Open Balcony with Excellent Views. You can enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or late-night snack while enjoying the view of the Gulf.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Beautiful room

The room was beautiful! The pool is at the back of the property and not by the beach, so be prepared for a walk. The pool is very nice and heated, we just wished it was in a more convenient spot. Be prepared to supply your own spices, although, we restocked the salt and pepper during our stay. It would have also been nice to be supplied with some beach items for the kiddos, like other condos we have stayed at have. The provided beach service was amazing. We had two chairs and an umbrella ready for us each day! The ocean was only a short walk from our door...probably the closest we have ever been while staying in a condo!

Thanksgiving week in Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent the week at Shoreline over Thanksgiving week. It was my first time staying at Shoreline, but not my first time in the area. The exterior renovation looks really nice, along with the new elevators. I appreciated the on-site rental office and the other numbers you could reach after hours. We did not need anything during our stay, but the office staff and gate staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was seamless. There’s a large number of luggage carts for use. The grounds of the unit are well maintained, and the heated pool was a lovely surprise. The unit itself was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the comfortable balcony furniture while watching the sunrise. For our next trip to Destin, we would absolutely look to see if this unit is available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the area was clean- except for some dirty dishes in the cabinet. Those were easily cleaned, however. The view was great, and the amount of space in the condo was nice. The front room remote needed new batteries- so we left a note for that.
