Rent a bedroom & a living room upstairs in a two storey house.
Location:
20mins walk along the Barwon River to Buckley Falls Lookout,
20mins walk from Buckley Waterfalls to Queens Park,
15mins drive to Geelong CBD / Waterfront/ Deakin University (Waurn Ponds Campus),
30 mins drive to Torquay Beach/Anglesea,
1 hr. drive to Melbourne.

You will have your own bedroom, rumpus room, which is a living room (upstairs), including a balcony with sensational views (all areas are upstairs and near your room). There’s a mini fridge in your bedroom, also, a kettle and a microwave in a living room. You will have your own bathroom & toilet - located just near your room.

Also, you will be able to lock your room, a room key will be provided to you on your arrival.

The rumpus room has a comfortable couch and a TV ( see photos please).
A balcony with stunning views is near the rumpus room and perfect for relaxing after a busy day or whenever you need it, as nobody will use those spaces during your stay. (Free Wi-Fi available for our guests).

Myself and my family will be spending our free time either in our living room downstairs or in our bedrooms. So, everyone has their own space, which is important for everyone’s comfort.

Outdoor area, including beautiful pergola and a fire-pit also can be used during your stay.
Other parts of the home, such as: kitchen / dinning area - you will share with Host and Host's family.

In addition, our house has a hydronic heating system. Each room has a hydronic wall heating panels - self regulated. So, you will be warm enough during your stay in cold autumn/winter seasons.
