The adjacent dining room features a sturdy 4-person table, perfect for family meals or intimate gatherings. Plus, two comfortable bar stools provide additional seating for casual dining or snacking. Whether you're fueling up for a day of outdoor adventure or enjoying a relaxing evening in, Evie's kitchen and dining area has everything you need to make mealtime a joy. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just need a little R&R, Evie's outdoor space is the perfect place to unwind and recharge.


Location/ Roads/ Parking:

This cabin is easy to access by motorcycle or vehicle. Level parking for 2. You will find a Dollar General, Kroger, or Food City nearby. Just 5 minutes from the Smoky Mountains, 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a great location, you are just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.


Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2 dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel

The pet fee is a non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s).

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.

Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps- or aN additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair odor left behind.

Our area has many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, hike to waterfalls, ride horseback through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals when it's dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.


Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.


Check-In:

4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Damage Coverage: covers up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
