The Space:
Welcome to our cozy single-level 3-bedroom house in a tranquil Colorado Springs neighborhood. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a ceiling fan for your comfort, and ample storage with a dresser. Bedroom 2 also boasts a queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families or groups with its two twin beds. Our fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for your culinary adventures, making dining in a breeze. In the spacious living room, unwind and catch your favorite shows on the large Smart TV. The full bathroom comes complete with all the towels and soaps you'll need, and for added convenience, there's an in-unit washer and dryer at your disposal. Whether you're here for a relaxing vacation or a business trip, our home has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
