Guests can access the entire top floor 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home with fully functional kitchen and generous living area. With two large decks, front and back that doubles the living areas available plus garden and BBQ area.
The house is 100m walk from South Golden Beach that stretches to the south to nearby North Wall and to the north for kilometres up the Tweed Coast. With views to Mt Wollumbin and the Byron Bay headland.
The house has an elevated, green outlook, lots of natural light, and polished wooden floors. It's a clean, airy beachside space with reverse cycle in the open plan living area.
The large pebbled drive at the front provides plenty of off street parking.
Both upstairs decks have lounges, chairs and daybeds for relaxing. Downstairs there is a third discrete area with a Weber BBQ, seating area and garden, great for children to play in. Guests must wash off sand in th downstairs shower before entering the house.
Lots of nearby bushwalking tracks that connect to the Rail Trail and a great local food outlet Mrs Birdies just 50 metres from the house.
The delightful New Brighton farmers markets on Tuesdays is a 5 minute drive away with push bike trails the whole way.

The property has two entrances, at the front and down the side. Both provide access to the first floor via a long single story, wide, well maintained, safe stairwell with banisters.
It is easily accessible by able bodied children and adults but people with mobility issues may need to consider the stairwell access.
The whole upstairs with three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, large open plan, combined, living, dining, kitchen area is available for use.
The outside shower is easily accessible by the side entrance, has hot/cold mixer and there is signage asking that guests wash off thoroughly after beach time before entering the house.
The owner sometimes resides in the discrete granny flat and garage underneath. It has its own entrance and outdoor area entirely separated from the areas guests access. You will not see each other, apart from out the front on the driveway occasionally.
If additional beds are needed, mattresses and bedding can be provided up to two additional people.
