This lower level portion of the townhome features a full kitchen that opens into the dining area with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. An outdoor patio offers beautiful mountain views with access to the hot tub and gas grill with outdoor seating.

A few fun facts about the home: 80% of the art work is personally curated, the ski posters were directly from the place of origin from the owners travels around the world as well as collections of organic items turned to art.
