Enjoy a stylish stay in a one bedroom apartment boasting fantastic views and a prime location in Melbourne’s St. Kilda. Just a stone’s throw from St Kilda Beach and a short walk to the trendy suburb of Windsor—with its bustling restaurants and chic cocktail bars— you’ll be primely positioned to uncover the very best this vibrant city has to offer.
Secure parking, and access to luxurious amenities including a pool, gym and sauna will make your stay that much more comfortable.
This bright and breezy one bedroom apartment framed by glass windows and featuring a private balcony with amazing views is the ideal place to base yourself—for a couples’ or business trip—while visiting bustling Melbourne and the buzzing seaside suburb of St Kilda.
A living room features a timber coffee table, beige leather couches and a large TV; and sits against an alluring backdrop of expansive views. Next to the lounge area, find a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, electric stovetop, oven and all the cooking basics you’ll need. Staying in? Dine at the two-person table and then unwind on the couch or on your breezy private balcony.
At the end of a day of exploring, head to your bright bedroom that has a queen bed dressed in quality linen and furnished with built-in wardrobes. There is a separate office room with a dedicated working desk; and sits next to a pristine and contemporary bathroom featuring chic tiling, a toilet, spacious vanity and a luxurious rainshower. For your convenience, the apartment also has a washing machine and dryer.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, split-system heating and cooling, and an underground secure car space for one; as well as access to the building’s luxurious amenities. Soak up the rays by the chic outdoor pool, sweat it out in the state-of-the-art gym, unwind in the steam room, and then relax on the outdoor deck against a backdrop of stunning views. If you intend to use the pool you will need to provide your own pool towel.
**Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Please note there is an additional fee of $35 for key handovers after 9pm. If you are running late to meet our greet person, please let us know as soon as possible. A fee of $50 per hour will apply for late arrivals.
Please note that this property may experience some noise from nearby streets, which could impact light sleepers.
