This 3 bedroom, two storey property is a hidden gem amongst the trees, with a large back yard there is plenty of room for the kids to play. Relax on a beautiful large balcony with outdoor seating, umbrella and gas BBQ - enjoy sunny days sitting amongst the tree tops.
There is free Wifi and 2 driveways with room for boat parking and outdoor shower. Only a 15 minute walk into the heart of Cowes, a cafe just down the street and 500 meters to the beach and boat ramp, this property is perfect for your next family holiday.
Downstairs is a games room with table tennis table and access to the backyard. The main bathroom with a combined shower and bath, a laundry with washing machine and separate toilet are also on this level. Enter the very large bunk room consisting of two sets of bunks and a Tri bunk (double on bottom and single on top) - that's a combined sleeping space for 6 or 7 people. Now follow the impressive spiral stair case upstairs.
Here you will find a bright open plan kitchen, living dining area with reverse cycle heating/cooling. Kitchen includes electric oven and cook top, microwave, dishwasher and pod coffee machine with pods provided. Dining table with seating for 6 and an extra 4 chairs in the storage cupboard. The living area has seating for 10, Smart T.V and Blue tooth stereo. Walk outside to the deck and enjoy the serenity.
Large windows stream light into each of the two double bedrooms and there is a bathroom with shower and toilet on this level.
Wash off after the beach at the convenient outdoor shower.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
