Summary:
This large two-storey, three-bedroom home with several living areas for the whole family to spread out has amazing views of Coorong Quays lagoon and waterways.
The Space:
Downstairs
You will feel the expansiveness as soon as you step into the entry downstairs which flows into the living room with wall mounted TV and lounges adjacent to the open bright dining area with seating for eight people.
There is also a second meals area with a round table and four chairs for informal breakfasts or lunch.
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven, pantry and more.
At the rear of the home is another family room with lounges to relax on and watch TV or just lie back and gaze out at the beautiful lagoon. On the undercover veranda which overlooks the lagoon is a BBQ and outdoor furniture or you may wish to venture down on to the large, grassed area and sit by the river and watch the boats go by.
Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Laundry includes a washing machine and dryer.
Separate toilet.
Upstairs
Bedroom one is enormous with a king bed, walk in wardrobe, TV, ensuite with vanity, shower and toilet and includes a parents retreat a couple of chairs and access to the balcony.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom three includes a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe.
Separate toilet.
Main bathroom has a shower, vanity and bath.
The back yard is not fenced and has a large lawned area with a platform at the water’s edge. There is however a side yard that is fenced securely with gates to the rear yard.
Plenty of parking for approximately four vehicles or car and boat in the large driveway.
Garage is not available for guest use.
