The Space: This spacious condo boasts a southwest-facing orientation, bathing the living space in natural sunlight and offering city & mountain views. The condo has air conditioning! The living room has a sectional sofa with chaise and a 50" flatscreen LED smart TV with full cable package. There is a large, private patio with table & comfortable chairs for you to soak in the beauty of Victoria's landscapes while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.
The Kitchen: The heart of this home is the fully-equipped kitchen featuring Stosa Italian Cabinetry and Quartz Counters. For those who love to cook, you'll be delighted by the high-end stainless steel appliances, including a Blomberg Fridge, Dishwasher, Fulgor Milano Oven, and Gas Cooktop. The kitchen is supplied with all the dishes, cutlery and tableware you'll need to enjoy your gourmet meals.
Bathroom: The bathroom is sleek & modern with a deep soaker tub and shower, large vanity and in-floor radiant heat. There are Complimentary Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The bathroom is also stocked with high-quality linens and towels for your comfort.

* We are a no smoking building. Those who choose to smoke in the unit or on the balcony will be charged $500 for doing so – this is in line with the size of the fine that the strata can fine us for breaking the non-smoking bylaws.
Cancellation Policy
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable up until you are within 60 days of travel. Once you are within 60 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% non refundable. If you are making your reservation within 60 days of travel please be certain before you book as it will be immediately non refundable.
House Rules
• Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 7:00AM. Please respect our neighbours and be thoughtfully quiet during these times. We will ask that they do the same.
• No smoking, vaping or drug use allowed anywhere in the property or building grounds. This means no smoking or vaping of any combustible material or illegal drug use in any form in the unit, on the balcony or anywhere on the common grounds. This is a rule for the entire building and we will pass along the fine we receive from the strata as well as the costs to remove the smoke smell or related remediation from the property, if this rule is ignored.
• No unregistered guests are allowed to stay in the unit and parties are prohibited
PLEASE NOTE: Violation of any of the HOUSE RULES will result in the immediate cancellation of the rental.
