3rd Floor Retreat

Your sanctuary consists of the entire third floor of our historic home (circa 1910) on a quiet, residential street, steps away from a bustling urban streetscape of shops, restaurants, and offices.
The space
Total size including your private balcony is approximately 950 square feet.

The space features two bedrooms, an office and a washroom.

The primary bedroom is spacious with several seating vignettes, a Samsung Frame TV, record player, Bluetooth Marshall speaker and ample storage in addition to a comfortable Queen sized bed.

The second bedroom offers a clean and private space with a queen sized bed facing the back of the house for time reading or for a quiet night’s rest.

Sunlight pours into the office through the french doors that walk out onto your own private deck.

The washroom is equipped with fresh towels, clean plant-based shower products from Ontario-based Telford and a hair dryer.
Guest access
Your private entrance looks out onto a tranquil parkette and is a 3-minute walk (230 Metres) to the St Clair streetcar stop or a 10-minute walk (800 Metres) to the Yonge Subway line (Line 1 on the TTC).

Your parking is located on the driveway in front of the house. There is easily room for two large cars, or three small cars parked in tandem.
Other things to note
You will be proximate to all conveniences in Deer Park (Avenue/Yonge & St Clair). This places you at the centre of many of Old Toronto’s neighbourhoods: Forest Hill, South Hill, Summerhill, Moore Park and Rosedale, each enjoyable for a stroll on tree-lined residential streets. You can also enjoy many stretches of boutique shopping, restaurants and greenbelt trails. We would be happy to suggest routes depending on what you are looking for. We walk and jog a great deal around the area ourselves. “Longos Market” Grocery Store, Starbucks and LCBO are 170 Metres away.

Your hosts are available to assist. We live in a separate self-enclosed area of the home with our well-behaved Labrador Retriever who is very friendly. Call us or message us through the app and we are likely not far away to help you have the most enjoyable visit to Midtown Toronto.
