The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and a en suite bath. One guest bedroom contain a queen size bed and the other has a king both have easy access guests bathrooms located near by. One of the guests bathrooms provides direct access to the lanai. Perfect for hosting in the summertime!

The community of Lakewood National features a grand clubhouse, state of the art fitness facility, resort style lagoon pool, pool side café, full service spa, tennis courts, and so much more! The community is fully gated with security guards present. Lakewood National also offers an 36-hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. The location is superb with only a 5-minute drive to downtown Lakewood Ranch, 20 minutes to downtown Sarasota and 40 minutes from Tampa. Not to mention that Lakewood National is only a short distance to the finest beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. You’ll love everything about this community.  Lakewood National requires all renters to purchase the membership transfer. The fee for the membership will be factored into the total price. This will give you access to the all the fun the community has to offer!

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

Vehicles with commercial names, information, or any kind of advertising are not allowed to be parked on the driveways or streets overnight.
