EIGENTUM:

Beachwalk Villas verfügt über ZWEI Gebäude, beide direkt am North Ocean Blvd. Das Ocean Side ist das Amenity-Center am Strand mit einem Außenpool, einem Innenpool, einem Whirlpool, einem Spielezimmer mit Tischtennis und Tischfußball, Fitnesseinrichtungen und Badezimmern für einen kurzen Boxenstopp am Strand sowie Schaukelstühlen, an denen Sie die Sehenswürdigkeiten genießen können und Geräusche der Brandung.

Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich das Apartmentgebäude mit 9 Etagen von Eigentumswohnungen auf einer 5-stöckigen Parkgarage. Dies bietet einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf das Meer. Bayside der Wohnungseinheit ist House Creek, wo wunderschöne Sommer Sonnenuntergänge Ihnen den Atem rauben werden.

STRAND:

Der Strand hier ist fantastisch, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Cherry Grove Pier entfernt und mit weichem Sand, der beim Gehen quietscht - perfekt für Gezeitenpools und Sandburgen! Der Strand ist breit (besonders bei Ebbe!) und flach, für lange rollende Wellen, die sich perfekt für Bodyboards eignen.

CONDO:

Unsere Wohnung ist hell und geräumig, mit komfortablen Möbeln und geschmackvollem Design. Viele Gäste haben gesagt, dass es sich wie zu Hause anfühlt! Mit drei großen Schlafzimmern und drei Vollbädern können bis zu 8 Erwachsene bequem schlafen. Eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Ess- und ein Wohnbereich bieten Blick auf das Meer und bieten einen glücklichen Treffpunkt. Immerhin bist du am Strand!

Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten und das dritte hat zwei Königinnen. Für jüngere Reisende stehen zwei Pack-n-Spiele, zwei Kindersitze, ein Einzelbett und zwei Kinderwagen zur Verfügung.

Vier Liegestühle, vier Campingstühle, zwei Sonnenschirme und ein Strandwagen stehen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

AKTUALISIERUNG:

Wir aktualisieren ständig die Wohnung, wie wir können. Updates für 2019 (bisher!) Dazu gehören neue Balkonmöbel, ein neuer Wasserhahn in der Küche und neue Deckenventilatoren. Pläne für Wohnzimmermöbel sind in Arbeit.

2018 Updates beinhalten: neue Esstisch, Stühle und Bänke, neue Küchenhocker, neues Dekor, neue Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme.

Zu den Aktualisierungen für 2017 gehören: Whirlpool-Edelstahlgeräte, Samsung-TV und Soundbar im Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine und Trockner, HLK-System, Queen- und Master-King-Matratzen, Corelle-Geschirr und Towle-Besteck (16 Einstellungen), Kirkland Töpfe und Pfannen, Wandkunst und Dekor Balkonmöbel, Handtücher und Bettlaken, Decken und Bettzeug sowie ein Türschloss für die Tastatur für ein bequemes Ein- und Aussteigen.

Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher. Internet, Roku und Basiskabel sind vorhanden. Einige Fernsehgeräte sind SmartTVs und können auf Ihr gewünschtes Programm zugreifen.

LOKALE ATTRAKTIONEN:

Cherry Grove Beach ist perfekt für alle Ihre Urlaubswünsche. Cherry Grove ist der nördlichste Strand am Grand Strand und liegt in der Nähe von Calabash, NC, wo die Meeresfrüchte legendär sind. Barefoot Landing ist weniger als 13 km entfernt und bietet über 100 Fachgeschäfte, 16 Restaurants, House of Blues und das Alabama Theatre, das einen wunderschönen See umgibt. Tanger Outlets ist weniger als 16 km entfernt und hat über 100 Markenverkaufsstellen.

Die Attraktionen von Myrtle Beach, darunter das SkyWheel, die Promenade und vieles mehr, erreichen Sie in ca. 30 Fahrminuten. Der Broadway at the Beach ist 29 km entfernt und verfügt über 3 Theater, über 20 Restaurants und über 100 Fachgeschäfte. Golfer werden die große Auswahl an Golfplätzen und Minigolfplätzen lieben. In und um den Cherry Grove Bereich gibt es eine Vielzahl von Wassersportarten.

Wir haben die Strände entlang der Atlantikküste genossen und Cherry Grove Beach zu einem Zuhause gemacht. Wir hoffen, es gefällt euch genauso gut wie uns!

Description is very accurate

This is the first time I’ve used VRBO and had a lot of trepidations about renting a property I didn’t see in person. A huge leap of faith!!! The property was very clean and organized. The descriptions were very accurate. Great views of the Ocean and beach, afternoon air shows from Pelicans. Beach was realatively quiet and a few footsteps away from the condo. The amenities and extras were great!

Great condo!

We had a fabulous time!! The condo has plenty of room, very nice to have 3 bathrooms! Walking to the beach was a breeze with the cart that they have. Beach isn’t overly crowded in this area and there’s plenty to do all around. They had a nice pack and play for my 2 1/2 month old and a VERY well-stocked kitchen. We are already talking about our next visit!

Great vacation spot

We loved our stay in this rental. First, the view is amazing. The area is family friendly and has lots of food and activities nearby. The kitchen was very well stocked. It had anything you would need. There is covered parking to protect your vehicles. The unit provides access to a hot tub and an indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is directly across the street. The owners are easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property.

The owners thought of everything!

We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely return! The owners have the property stocked so well , stocked kitchen, linens, and even baby gear. It makes traveling with children so much easier. The unit was clean. Beds were comfortable. Short walk across the road to the beach. Building is very well maintained and clean!! Communication with owner was so easy and she was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. 100% would recommend this property!

The condo was excellent, it was everything we hoped for and Christine was a great host. The little things in the condo put it over the top but the view from the dinning room table of the ocean every morning was great. Christine was helpful with dinning recommendations and was quick to respond to any question. the beach accessories was a big benefit as we spent every day on the beach. You can't go wrong with this property choice.

Great Location and Clean Condo

We loved staying here. It was easy to find parking, move in and our host did an amazing job before and during our trip to make sure we had all we needed. The little details are much appreciated like extra baby stuff, strollers, toys, beach cart and toddler cot. It was a bummer to find out the indoor pool is not really indoors just covered and also it’s not heated. the hot tub was under repair so we did not spend anytime enjoying this as it was April spring break and freezing. We would def stay here again but in a warmer month:)

Perfect place to enjoy the beach!

My mom and I took an extended weekend trip to North Myrtle Beach with my 1-year old. The condo had everything we needed! Great views, quiet neighbors, fully stocked! Everything was pretty much exactly as pictured. The owners were very, very helpful and prompt with responses! Traveling with a little one is almost always hard, but the amenities available with this unit made it a breeze! And the patio off the living room is wonderful! We spent most of our time out there, when we weren't at the beach:)!!

Beautiful condo

We had a great time at your beach condo! The home is beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed provided during our stay. We enjoyed the view of the ocean each morning out of the front window too. The only problem we had during our stay was the amount of hot water we could use in a short time. We had 6 adults on the trip and only 3/6 could get hot water during their shower. This happened both days we were there. However we still enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again for future trips:)

A Thanksgiving to remember

We had a very memorable Thanksgiving during our stay here. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to prepare our whole meal easily. I think Carl and Christine have thought of all possible amenities that you may need during your stay. We were surprised by all the little details they paid attention to that helped make our stay so successful. Even down to beach chairs and toys! The communication was amazing and timely and they checked in on us upon our arrival via text and during our stay. The condo was very clean, fresh and comfy. Access to the beach was very easy and wonderful views. We were with grandparents and children and they all were very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we will be back!

Amazing beach vacation

I brought my family to this condo for an extended weekend so my husband and I could celebrate our wedding anniversary. We loved our stay here! The condos placement allows you a beautiful beach view from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The space is furnished well and beautifully decorated. From the art that lines the walls to the tasteful beach accents, our family enjoyed the charm this mindfully designed home offered us. I could tell the practicality of this space was also carefully considered. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and a wide assortment of dishes and utensils. There were movies, board games, a jacuzzi in the master bath, and even a massage chair! There were technical conveniences that we appreciated as well- USB outlets, a new entertainment system, and tvs throughout. Our family made some beautiful, happy memories in this home, and would absolutely stay again.

First, thanks Carl and Christine, for allowing us to stay here. My wife and I stayed for month of Feb. The unit had everything you would need. My father and his partner as well as my son and his fiancée came for visits and the unit accommodated us all very easily, especially with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Fortunately, we had outstanding weather for the entire month and that only enhanced the enjoyment - great views of the ocean, walks on the beach, and with my wife being an artist, there was an abundance of inspiration with fantastic sunrises and an ever changing seascape. We found Cherry Grove to be fairly quiet (which we liked) but still convenient to stores, golf, etc. In short, we had a great month and if available, we will be back. Thanks again.

Beautiful Beach Home

We stayed at the beach condo with our daughter and son-in-law and had the best week. The condo is located just across the street from the beach, and is a simple 2 minute walk. There is a great large window in the family room, where you can sit and watch the waves or sunset. The condo also comes with lots of extra amenities, so you’ll have everything you need during your stay. We loved the small details, like extra blankets and towels in baskets on arrival and a hand-written welcome note with contact numbers on the fridge. The WiFi is strong and we were able to connect without any issues. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom and plenty of privacy. The condo is located in a quiet building, with the ability to walk to groceries and restaurants in less than 15 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is providing black-out curtains in the two bedrooms with windows facing the outside corridor of the building. The lights in the corridor really shine through the blinds at night. I would highly recommend staying here!

Home Sweet Home

This condo truly makes you feel like you are a guest in someone's home instead of a renter. Carl & Christine were incredibly flexible, as our travel dates were messed up by Hurricane Irma. They were very accommodating, and allowed us to change both our arrival and departure dates to miss the storms and also get our whole vacation in. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, and spacious enough for our family of six to be comfortable. Many other reviewers have noted that it is very well stocked, and it is true - there was not one thing we needed that wasn't there somewhere. At some point during our trip, I stopped wondering if they had something, and just began asking myself where they kept it. They have anticipated practically any need a renter might have. Christine was also very attentive and responded to any inquiries right away. She is truly a perfect hostess! The condo is a very short walk to the beach, and the area seems private and secluded, but also close to all the restaurants and attractions. It's the perfect balance of fun and relaxing! Their section of the beach was great for swimming, boogie boarding, body surfing, sunbathing, and even shelling! We travel with our family multiple times each year, and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. We can't wait to come back again and again!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND MORE!!!

First off, I am also an owner and have a property listed on VRBO, so I am very particular and very judgmental when I rent from someone else. The first thing I noticed when we walked in after a 10 hour drive was the nice smell of the condo and that it was very clean. I felt like I could sit down and relax without having to clean anything first. We check every bed where ever we go to make sure there are no signs of bed bugs, so be rest assured this condo does not have any. This condo will not disappoint anyone. It had very nice / brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots & pans, cookie sheets, cooking utensils, plenty of silverware / cups / plates, etc. They had extra trash bags, storage zip lock bags, paper towels, dishwasher and regular dish soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies if you choose to use them and they even had two charging adapters that will nearly fit any electronic device. As for the bedrooms it has very nice furnishings and the mattresses are new and very comfortable. The TV's in the bedrooms are great size and they just installed new ceiling fans in each bedroom, which is must for me. They also have multiple carts you can use to take all your stuff over to the beach, which reminds me, they also have plenty of beach chairs, sand toys etc, so if you are flying in you don't have to worry about going to buy any chairs or paying ridiculous prices to rent chairs and an umbrella from the beach. This is by far the nicest, best kept, fully stocked condo's I have ever rented. Not to mention that the owners are as nice a couple as you could rent from. They made sure everything was as expected once we arrived, which is a nice touch, and they called once we left to make sure we didn't have any problems and asked if they could add anything to the condo to make it a better stay. Of course my answer was no, you have anything anyone could need and more. They were genuinely concerned that we had everything we needed and that we were as comfortable as we could be. This condo will not disappoint anyone. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends, family and anyone else that would want to stay in a clean, updated, well stocked condo right across from the beach (although it feels like you are on the beach). We will be back again!!!

Extraordinary, Magical Vacation!!!

There are not enough words to describe just how amazing Christine and Carl are as hosts! A few that come to mind are gracious, thoughtful, generous, accommodating, and kind. From the very first interaction, Christine was attentive and our continued engagement made it seem like we were speaking with friends and family, not just the host of a condo we would be renting. After weeks and months of researching prospective condos throughout Cherry Grove, Christine and Carl's thoughtfulness (which is evident in their condo and furnishings) just sealed the deal for us. Christine and Carl thought up of everything, and I mean everything, a renter could need for their vacation. There were linens on the bed, towels in each of the three full bathrooms, beach carts, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, shovels, net, dishes, kitchen towels, pots and pans, and even a massage chair! Yes, a massage chair! After a day of exploring, especially with toddlers in tow, that massage chair was super helpful! The condo itself is huge with spectacular views! With its three bedrooms and three baths, the condo fit our entire family with room to spare. The view from the condo is beautiful and relaxing. Even a summer storm was gorgeous to observe from the safety of the condo. The beach was just a block away, which is easy to traverse even with toddlers, and then we had two pools to choose from if we decide to take a break from the beach. As I type this in October and the fall season is upon us, oh how I do miss our beach trip to this condo. There were lots of wonderful memories made (even more so this year because we visited during the time of the Solar Eclipse) and Christine and Carl helped us greatly in making every moment magical. To show just how phenomenal they are, I (like the supermom that I am) left my sons' jackets hanging in the closet. After finding it, they immediately reached out to me and within a blink of an eye, the jackets came folded up nicely inside a box with a handwritten note from Christine. Now, if that wasn't magical, I don't know what is. To Christine and Carl, thank you for making this beach trip truly one to remember! To all who may be reading this, you will connect with one amazing host family when you rent this condo who will take care of you as if you were friend and family. We're the McMillans from Durham, NC. Carl, Christine, Luke (13) and Matthew (8) are all beach lovers. Carl likes mountain biking, photography, audio/hi-fi, whiskey and cooking. Carl grew up going to North Myrtle Beach, where his grandfather had a beach place on Ocean Drive (it's still there!). Christine grew up going to Ocean City, MD, where her family had an extensive annual family reunion. Family is so important to us, and we purchased this place so that our family could have a great place to visit with us. We rented this unit from the previous owner when we started our house hunting, and after a lengthy tour of various properties for sale, Christine said, you know, THIS place is the kind of place that we're really looking for! And through some great fortune, the previous owner agreed to sell!
We couldn't be happier... and please rest assured that we will do everything we can to make your stay as carefree and happy as possible!

Having rented our condo for eight seasons now, we can honestly say that we ENJOY doing this and the happiness that our guests share with us makes it so worthwhile!
