Super schönes Haus mit Blick auf den Golf, privatem Pool und gepflegtem, umzäuntem Garten. Ob Sie auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko sitzen oder am Pool sitzen und den Kindern beim Spielen zusehen, Sie werden sich sicher über dieses Ferienhaus freuen.

Dieses Haus wurde 2015 einer umfassenden Renovierung unterzogen und ist wie neu! Das Haus verfügt jetzt über sechs Schlafzimmer und 4. 5 Bäder. Es gibt insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und Etagenbetten sowie ein sechstes Schlafzimmer mit einem Tagesbett mit Rollbett. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa die Anzahl der Gäste dieses Haus bis 15 wird Platz zu bringen. Insgesamt fünf Fernseher: einer in der Höhle und vier in den Schlafzimmern. Kostenloses W-LAN.

Das Haus hat auch eine große Erdgeschoss Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis, Shuffleboard, Basketball und Darts, die auf den Pool-Bereich eröffnet. Neben der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Golf bietet das neu renovierte Haus drei Decks auf verschiedenen Ebenen, die alle über Stufen miteinander verbunden sind und einen ebenerdigen Zugang zum Poolbereich bieten.

The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the living spaces were roomy. We enjoyed the game room and the yard. There were plenty of games to play, puzzles to complete, and room to spread out. This is a three story split level with many stairs. We had no problem, but someone in your party does, please look elsewhere.

The only thing that was frustrating, was learning how to turn on the ceiling fans in the game room. There needs to be a sign explaining and pointing to those buttons. We thought they were remote controlled, and that the remotes were missing. We would’ve used the game room a lot more. Had we had the fans running to keep it cool. We definitely would be interested in this house again.

Amazing beach house

We loved the house , large pool and fenced yard and the short walk to the beautiful beach ! The house was perfect for the 10 of us. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living area but then everyone had their own space with the large comfy bedrooms . It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. We would absolutely come back again!

Fantastic week

We enjoyed our week stay here at The Sea Dawg house! Three families with all ages enjoyed this home! Plenty of space and rooms for all! The pool and game room were a huge hit and kept kids fully entertained! The house was well equipped with everything you could need. Beach was a short walk away made easy with the included beach cart. Family gathering

The whole family had a great stay in this house! It was a good location, well stocked for large groups and very clean on arrival. We enjoyed the game room on our rainy day and drinks rooftop on the pleasant evenings. Everyone slept comfortably at night. We had one maintenance call and they responded immediately and made the repair. We try to rent a spot once a year for all to gather and we would rent this home again!

One of the air conditioners was not working when we arrived and Paradise Beach Homes had a crew out there minutes after we got in and fixed within 30 minutes. The rental agency was good to work with. On the flip side, the Master Bedroom closet was taken up by a washer/dryer - Could not hang closes. There was no ice making machine and the fridge put out virtually no ice cubes. The 28 steps to the kitchen/main living area gave us much exercise.

The kids were entertained with the pool and game room and the adults enjoyed the rooftop sitting and waking up sitting on the decks in the mornings. The only improvement is that there needs to be two outdoor trash cans instead of one. Other than that, this place is amazing.
