Willkommen in der Familie in seiner schönsten Urlaub! Dieses fantastische Haus mit sieben Schlafzimmern und vier Bädern liegt direkt am Golf. Mit mehr als 400 Quadratmetern bietet dieses Haus viel Platz für die ganze Familie, um sich auszubreiten und zu entspannen.

Das 810 Ariola Drive wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Das schöne Backsteinfoyer führt zum Hauptwohnbereich: ein offener Grundriss mit Kathedralendecken, einem großen Flachbild-TV, Panoramafenstern und vielen komfortablen Sitzgelegenheiten, um die Aussicht zu genießen, darunter ein Schlafsofa. Die große Wohnküche mit Küchenzeile bietet viele Vorbereitungsbereiche, zwei große K��hlschränke, eine Frühstücksbar und einen Küchentisch. Der außergewöhnlich geräumige Speisesaal bietet Platz für 18 Personen. Schlafzimmer 1 und 2 sind aus der Küche und ein Bad Hall teilen. Schlafzimmer 1 bietet zwei volle Betten, TV und Blick auf den Golf. Schlafzimmer 2 hat ein Kingsize-Bett und einen großen Fernseher. Es gibt auch eine Waschküche mit Waschbecken auf dieser Seite des Hauses. Die Mastersuite befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Wohnzimmers und bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Schlafsofa mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein eigenes Bad mit einer übergroßen Dusche und einer Gartenwanne sowie eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Golf. Die oberste Etage des Hauses verfügt über einen Loft-Bereich mit Schlafsofa und einen Doppel-Ottomane mit Blick auf den Wohnbereich. Vier weitere Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf dieser Ebene. Schlafzimmer 4 verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten, TV, Blick auf den Golf und ein Vollbad, das sich auch auf den Flur öffnet. Schlafzimmer 5 ist ein Schlafraum mit zwei vollen Etagenbetten, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem großen Fernseher. Schlafzimmer 6 verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten, einen Fernseher und einen Twin-Size-Hocker. Schlafzimmer 7 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein komplettes Tagesbett mit zwei Einzelbetten, einen großen TV und Blick auf den Golf. Alle drei Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Hallenbad.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen der Gulf Side-Deckbereich mit Grill, Adirondack-Stühlen und ein großer Esstisch im Freien. Es gibt viele überdachte Parkplätze, eine Außendusche und einen eingezäunten Strandbereich, der ideal für Hunde ist (nur für zugelassene Rassen). Great setup for family groups

This beachfront rental was perfect for our family group of 10 adults. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation, and the dining room allowed far everyone to eat together. We brought our Christmas tree with us and had a jolly good holiday.

The views of the beach from the house were beautiful. The bunk room was perfect for our teenage grandsons. The bedrooms with 2 beds were perfect for moms and dads with small children. It was a short walk to ride the trolley and tour Pensacola Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with any items needed to cook family meals. It was very clean and and well-maintained. The pictures and descriptions of the home are accurate. Lots of great memories were made in this beautiful home.

Fantastic property and location

We loved the space and number of beds this property provided. We loved being able to walk out the back door to the beach. We loved the big windows and views. We wish that beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas would have been provided, but we worked it out. Overall, we were happy and do recommend the property for large families (we were two whole families with mostly adults and four small children).

Marriage venue

We got married on the beach in front of the house, then had a little reception under. The house was very accommodating for all my guest, if i had to say one negative thing is that they didn't have a bathroom downstairs. Guests had to go upstairs through the house to use the restroom. Other than that it was amazing, thank you for sharing your home it was and always will be a special part of our wedding story.

We had 9 grandkids ranging from 11 months old to 7 years old with us. Being able to go back and forth between the house and the beach was great! If you bring young children be sure to bring several baby gates. Stairs were the biggest issue. Loved the huge dining room table for our large family of 19. The upstairs deck had a secured gate which was helpful.

Great Beach House

This beach house was everything you could expect. Nice & clean when we arrived and lots of space along with a GREAT beach that was not crowded. Few little things came up during the stay that the rental company jumped right on and took care of. The worst part was checking in at 5pm in a long hot line outside as everyone was doing the same. Watch for messages on your phone for early check in and get there early just in case to beat the lines. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

The property only has 4 bathrooms, which became a bit crowded in the evenings when cleaning-up from a day on the beach. The countertops in all bathrooms are very short ... annoyingly short.
