Brand new Home with 8Bed, 6Bath, Heated Private pool, SPA near Disney!

The brand-new and modernly designed vacation home is located in the community of Windsor Island Resort which provides a community water park with a lazy river, tiki bar, spa, and more. This spacious 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is perfect for accommodating up to 20 guests. It features a generously sized private pool and a heated spa, ideal for outdoor relaxation.
* BBQ grill is complimentary: Gas is not included.
* Heated Pool is not available when the temperature is below 65F
* $30 per night will be charged for the heated pool and SPA

The modern, open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen creates an inviting space for quality family time. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We provide a variety of kitchen tools such as a coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, toaster, blender, and rice cooker. The kitchen bar comfortably seats four, while the dining table can accommodate 14. In the living room, you'll find a large flatscreen and comfy seating areas.

The downstairs area includes two master suites, both furnished with king-sized beds and full-sized bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms furnished with king-sized beds and another bedroom furnished with 2 doubled-sized beds. You will also find two kids bedrooms furnished with one one double and one twin bed in each room. Each bedroom has a 43" TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows.

Amenities
We provide essential amenities for your initial use, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, laundry materials, trash bags, sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items if needed.

Cleaning Excellence
We will provide freshly washed and cleaned linens, bedsheets, and pillowcases upon your arrival. We will provide clean micro fleece blankets for your use. Freshly ironed towels, pool towels and face towels will be provided based on the guest's capacity, with extra quantities for added convenience.

Perfect choice

A great place without all the character themed rooms. Definitely a nice change from the typical Florida rentals. The pool and spa area was the icing on the cake.

Great stay

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to the clubhouse. The house had so much space for the family to spread out and not be in to of each other. The pool was awesome. The kids really enjoyed it.

Great house

We had a multi-family group and loved the layout of the house. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We appreciated that there were plenty of bedrooms with just king size beds to accommodate the adults. Kids loved the pool table. Hot tub and pool were clean and stayed nice and warm. The host was very responsive (although we never needed him during the stay)….he sent info and door code in a timely manner. Also, the door/pool alarm was not a noisy disruptive alarm like some can be….which can be bothersome if it’s all adults and older kids. The only thing I would have liked was more towels for bathrooms and swimming and some extra blankets for the chilly nights. But we will definitely return to this house in the future!

Disney Hurricane Vacation

The house was fantastic. No evidence of hurricane damage. So awesome that there are plenty of bathrooms! We were able to get ready and start every day early. Wish there were grab bars in the showers and tubs. Wonderful stay! Will come again and recommend to family and friends.

The house was very nice! Plenty of kitchen items, would have liked to have towels for dishes but we made it work. The pool is wonderful to have right there! Amazing stay!

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. It was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The home had all the necessary kitchen equipment and dinnerware for meal prep and dining. The children loved the pool and spending time at the clubhouse. We will definitely consider rebooking this house.

The house is clean , clean, and clean. Outstanding The communication with Praba was calming , patient, supportive, and safe. Each room was perfect for my guests. I informed Praba of day visitors, and he did not hesitate to add them on. I will never hesitate to live in this home. Not far from the club house. The house had plenty of dishes and cooking tools. Wonderful stay!!!

The property was beautiful, and everything was clean. The pool and hot tub did not disappoint, and the enclosed patio accommodated the entire family with its outdoor dining set and lounge chairs! All of the rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable with plenty of linen. The kitchen was fully equipped and met all of our needs to cook meals daily. All of the rooms were spacious. The upstairs loft provided another space for entertainment with a large TV, air hockey table, and pool table. The host was quite pleasant and accommodating, responding back very promptly - great communication. Will return.

Enjoyed my 4th of July stay

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here 4th thru the 7th. We all enjoyed the accommodations, club house activities and of course the pool and spa was a hit. The owner was very attentive and prompt to answer questions. Check in and out was a breeze. The only concern was the refrigerator didn’t get as cold as it should. I would recommend replacing and the upstairs was a bit hot and kinda made sleeping at night a drag. But I assume the a/c was just no match for the Florida heat. The upstairs is always hotter in my home during summer as well. Overall I would stay again.

The property was clean and spacious. The only problem the host sent the door code a few hours before check in and in the area my cell service was limited and I couldn’t access the Vrbo app to get the code and that delayed check in. Also there is a leaking from the upstairs bathroom that causes water to leak on the floor in front of the sliding door going out to the pool. We had to stop using that bathroom and that was a big inconvenience. Also the bed linen in one of the room had soilage/stains and that looked yucky. The refrigerate did not chill well but the freezer worked well

Family vacation

Flushed toilet in upstairs bathroom and started leaking through ceiling. Called manager/owner to report and told us they would send someone to repair but never sent. Shut water off and unable to use bathroom entire vacation. Inconvenient as 2 of the 3 bathrooms upstairs are in bedrooms. No privacy when in pool, Neighbors on all 3 sides. Privacy fence would have been nice. Long ways from resort pool and other activities. Had to drive each time. Ignitor on grill did not work. Otherwise home very clean and comfortable and enough room for all. Wonderful having own private pool and hot tub. We had a great family vacation in spite of the above.

Belle maison propre. Manque, cependant, de commodités de bases considérant le nombres de nuits. Aucun produit nettoyant pour laver les comptoirs, la plaque de cuisson, la table à dîner.
