Cozy and convenient, this mountain home is the ultimate base-camp for your alpine getaway! This stylish and updated condo offers a generous amount of living space and includes shared access to numerous amenities on site, including a hot tub, sauna, fitness studio, and game room with a Ping-Pong table, air hockey table, pool table and card tables.

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are also two full bathrooms. In the living room, you'll find the gas fireplace and 55' flat screen TV. In the evening, enjoy grilling dinner and sipping drinks on your private balcony as you take in the jaw-dropping mountain views. This condo is an end unit so only 1 shared wall.

This home boasts convenience, just over half of a mile to the base of the Quicksilver lift, connecting you to over 2,900 acres of ski able terrain, and just a short walk to Breckenridge's historic Main Street, with numerous options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. In warmer months, travel one and a half miles for scenic hikes around Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve. Or head less than 12.8 miles for a day of sailing, kayaking, and paddle-boarding on glittering Dillon Reservoir.

BRECK BREAK

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Corral 202E this past month. This was our first trip to Breck and we loved it. The location was perfect for exploring the town, but very noisy, being right on Main Street and right at the intersection with the Sinclair gas station. There were loud trucks pulling in all day/night. The condo itself was very nice. the 2 bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of storage. The furnishings in the main room were a little tired and could use some updating. The ktichen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc but NOT with cooking equiptment. I had to go to the store and buy basic cooking pans (casserole dish, muffin pans, etc). There were also several things that were broken in the unit but the management company was quick to try and fix most of them. The screen door on the patio never worked right and we struggled with it for the entire month. There was also a short in the fireplace switch and when they came to fix it they said they didn't see an issue - but again we had to deal with it turning off and on randomly for the entire month. Overall I would rent this unit again for a weekend, but not for a month. We did love our stay and the small issues we had did not deter our fun and Breck has our Heart forever!

Excellent location in a nicely updated 2 BR 2BA

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first walked into the unit, both my wife and I remarked that the condo was quite nicer than we had expected. The kitchen appliances and surfaces throughout have been nicely updated and look fresh and modern. The location, being closest to the exit gate, is terrific for easy walks to/from town. The place was clean and well-maintained. During our stay, we were able to get someone to clean the unit between departing and arriving guests. We liked the unit and location so much we have reserved it for the same time in 2025! Linens and supplies were clean and plentiful. When we had one issue with one of the lighting fixtures/ceiling fans, the management company took care of it promptly.There are a few tweaks that could improve the unit:some window shades above the living room TV were inoperable and should be repairedthe kitchen pans could probably be updatedTVs in the bedrooms (as opposed to the large TV in the living room, which was great) would be a nice addplacement of toilet paper rolls in the two bathroom stalls might be relocated given the way the doors swing and the snugness of the fitThe unit does face CO-9, a busy thoroughfare between the Town of Breckenridge and points south. So during the day, the motor vehicle traffic can be loud. However, that traffic subsides in the evening, and nighttime road noise was never an issue.Notwithstanding any of these relatively minor issues, we were impressed enough to already rebook.

Great location but not clean

Condo is walking distance to lift and town. Unit had dirty floors, mold in master shower, dust, hair, broken blind, shower light not working, and ceiling fan/light not working. Needs better cleaning and maintenance.
