NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Three of the TVs were subscribed to Spectrum. Two of them required a code that was supposed to be supplied by the owner. The one television that did come on had extremely limited channels that included CNN, MSNBC, C SPAN; but for some reason no local channels or even ESPN. We advised the property management team of this issue shortly after our arrival; an employee came by shortly after and took a picture of the message the televisions was showing concerning the codes on the two televisions that would not operate the Spectrum platform. We received a text message on the morning of 10-2-2024 stating "our team is working quickly to provide you a solution." On the morning of 10-3-2024, a Spectrum knocked on the door unannounced and unscheduled. Of course I was not there, but would have been had I known he was arriving. Of course the two televisions never got connected and the one that was connected had extremely limited channels. Terrible communication by the "Property management". A basic subscription to something that includes the local channels should be a mandatory for the property owner. Not good was an understatement.
